Good location- Ripped off!!!
The location was great, there are four nice sized rooms. I paid a reasonable amount and was pleased. Then the lady who met us there told me that there was a 35 Euro cleaning fee. I was unaware of this fee. I thought it was a rip off. When you go to a hotel you don't get charged extra for cleaning. Then it had to be paid in cash, seriously!!!! After calling Orbitz who said that this was an actual charge I paid but grudgingly. The lady then signed my parking ticket to give me a 6 Euro discount.
We then went out for a meal. My one son decided to stay behind. It was a good thing because when my other children arrived back their keys did not open the main door to access the building. When My husband and I returned our keys did not open this door either. There was practically no hot water. I got a little then it went freezing. Then we went to the parking garage where you had to enter the ticket to leave the garage. Needless to say, the ticket being signed could not give a discount. I felt totally ripped off!!!!
