Hotel Villa Fontaine Grand Haneda Airport - Directly connected to Haneda Airport Terminal 3
I often stay at this hotel as I transit… In previous visits it was very, very good and the staff was very accommodating. However, as the property ages, it appears to be in need of renovation.

Shinjuku Washington Hotel Main
The hotel is close to Shinjuku station, so you can easily get anywhere. Walking areas. Metropolitan government observatory building is close and free to go. Breakfast is ok with a lot of choices. Rooms are literally a shoe box, but it’s like this in Japan.

Shinagawa Prince Hotel
I went to both their high end restaurants. The bar which charges even hotel guests to go in. Then the Japanese restaurant. It's a one and done. Food and drinks not worth the value.
