"This hotel is still good for our family"

"Staff was exceptionally helpful"

"Good location for my needs, with plenty of shopping and dinning places nearby. "

"The apartment was simple but adequate for our stay. The location was quiet and a pleasure to return to after visits to busier parts of the city. Conveniently close to trains."

"What a nice little place. Great set up and pretty solid location. Minutes from the train station made it perfect. "

"Very nice to stayed in again "

"My husband and I stayed for about 10 days for our honeymoon and the staff were so kind each day. The room premium room was very spacious and I adored hearing the train go by while taking a bath each night. The bed and pillow were a bit too firm for our liking, but we still slept great! It’s in a perfect location by Oji Station with multiple buses and trains. There’s konbini nearby and a Starbucks too if you want to have a little coffee. I recommend getting one and sitting under the cherry...

"Has necessary amenities like charging ports, towels and toiletries"

"Exceptional stay and safe"

"Staff was extremely helpful and kind. Very convenient location to the train station, dining areas, and a convenience store. Theres a lot of 18 things in the area (not lewd, just not for kids) in the area outside and around, but the hotel is phenomenal."

"Best location, very clean, quiet and good breakfast "

"Staff were really helpful"

"Perfectly located for exploring the city and sights. Generally clean and tidy with plenty of space. Very comfortable beds and well payed out. Sofa needs replacing as very uncomfortable, under the beds could do with a clean. Located next to a railway line which trains run very frequently, above a Karaoke bar which does go on until 03:00. But you do get used to it. "

"Good breakfast buffet!!!"

"Very good location across the street from Ikebukuro Station. Very convenient to have a 7-11 accessible without having to leave the building as we were there during Typhoon Dujuan and we could get food without getting wet!! Would stay there again!!"

"Staff was awesome and welcoming!"

"Amazing stay at this property! The property was clean, simple, and very convenient as it was merely a 5 minute walk to the nearest train station. The owner of the business personally took the time and effort to make our stay as enjoyable and accommodating. Breakfast was provided and there were plenty of restaurants and convenient stores nearby. The genuine hospitality and friendliness of the owner himself truly made this experience personable and one of kind. We definitely will recommend this...
