"This is a great hotel—very clean and well maintained. The room is quite spacious for two people and has everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Amenities are available at the lobby for guests to take, which is very convenient. The hotel is also thoughtful to provide pajamas for guests to use during their stay. The staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. The location is excellent, just about a five-minute walk from Nagano Station We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come...

"Good location / The staff are very helpful."

"Nice Facilities and staffs. Rooms are big. But a bit far from train station."

"Accessible to the train station. Lots of restaurants. Front desk and breakfast staff were helpful and knowledgeable of their work. The room s quite small. No drawers to put clothes only hangers. The step up bathroom was quite a challenge. Lots of room amenities available in the lobby. Small donuts and muffins was a good addition for the guests."

"The room was way too hot with central heating and no ac but i was moved to a slightly cooler room"
