"We were really disappointed with our stay. The place was not clean at all — we found hair everywhere, which was very off-putting. The bathroom was dirty and had black bits on the floor, making it feel unhygienic. The freezer was also very dirty, with bits of hair inside it — absolutely unacceptable. "Good value single bed room in top condition and lots of space, with a very good buffet breakfast (if you arrive before 9 - after the choice was limited), a small in-house wellness sauna and access (8 minutes drive or free bus) to partner hotel’s impressive wellness centre (pool, several saunas, steam, plus charged treatments). Food in the atmospherically alpine dining rooms was good, if slightly on the expensive side. Not so good: the website promises a direct access to a lift and alpine run - no information that this had, in fact run out of snow and was closed over a month ago. But the close enough run (Notschrei) was good enough. "
