"An excellent location and many things to do on site! Check in was quick and easy. Our room was very clean, but it was a bit tired. Carpet had pieces coming out in several spots. Bed was very comfortable and room had a lovley ciew of the Tokyo skyline. Breakfast was delicious and had lots of options. Very convenient to the Shinagawa station. Would stay here again!"

"This was a very nice hotel in Shibuya, about 10 min walk from Shibuya crossing, but a good thing with that is that it is a bit calmer, but you’re still in Shibuya. The room was very nice with a very good bed. The staff was flawless."

"Great for travelers. Check-in and check-out was easy. Room was a little small but very clean. It's also close to Kamata station so it's easy to go to the city. Also right next to a Family Mart which is fun for snacks. Would definitely recommend."

"Everything about Tokyu Stay Gotanda is great! Staff is wonderful! We have stayed at other Tokyu Stays and this one does seem older, but we will come back as we love the amenities at Tokyu Stay Gotanda and cleanliness and location!!! It was nice to be offered cold bottled drinks in the afternoon!"
