"Security, the back door had no key and this could compromise security especially to us visitors not familiar with the place. For the thtee beds room accommodating 6 people consider putting a door between the bedroom and bathroom. We were only comfortably use the toilet whrn kids were asleep 😄 or outside the room. Need clear explanation on the meaning of Bed ane Breaksfast as we were told this is optional and not included in our pacjage.. Good amd friendly workers. We will visit again soon."

"very nice surprise, a lot of history to the place especially if you are into the anglo boer war, Paul Kruger etc. Met the owner, Robert Forsyth, very nice and friendly person, full of knowledge about South African History. The room we were in was very spacious, it also included a sizeable bathtub. There are 60 something rooms in the lodge but they appear to be spread out as I only saw maybe a dozen which made the place very private.
