"Breakfast is phenomenal, French, Indian, Scandinavian. Some entertainment was available, with Indian dancers and acrobats on the Indian New Year. "We had a relaxing stay and the beach/pool was comforting. Staff were courteous . There could be more activities though and the beach timing is ridiculous. Also the buggy wait was long."

"It was off season and it felt like they didnt have enugh staff to manage everything all at once. That said, they are managing with what they have. That said, even if all the elements are there, the customer touch points are missing. It felt like a local hotel with a bored crew who are just doing their job.
