"La casa possiede tutti i comfort, ma cioʻ che mi è piaciuto di più è il terrazzo, spazioso, con un grande tavolo, fantastica vista mare e vista monti. Il paese è carino anche se non c'è molto. La strada per raggiungerlo è veramente l'unica cosa negativa, perché da Argos o Tripoli sono un'ora e mezza di curve. Siamo arrivati di notte, stanchi, e questa strada deserta sembrava non finire mai. Ci sono verso sud delle spiaggie molto belle, Livadi e Lakkos. "

"Excellent location and view. We booked a Tower room with view and were upgraded to a 2 bedroom, 2 bath suite with living room and dining room. This was HUGE! Front desk gave me a yoga mat for my room upon request. The wine provided as a gift was great. And the bottled water was generously replenished daily. The bath products were excellent. Breakfast was pretty good, including fresh figs one day! Spa was also excellent. I highly recommend this property. The hotel also provided free transfer...

"Perfect stay! Everything was spotless and so comfortable. Loved the thoughtful touches like Apivita products and bottled water in the fridge. The hosts were wonderful and even did a load of washing for me. Could not recommend Niriides Guesthouse more highly!"

"Extremely cute little hotel in the most convenient location in Spetses. I stayed two nights and had nice seaview. Only minus was how the view was also working in both ways. If I wanted to change clothes or use shower, I needed to close the window blinds. Very good sleep, nicely decorated, very good shower products. Breakfast was not available, but that's not a problem as there are lots of options within 2min walk away. I wish I would have had more time in here. Thank you!"

"Our third visit to Heliotopos since 2022. We love room 33, which we always seem to get. It's comfortable, unpretentious and meets all our needs. Really comfy bed, excellent air con, good bathroom and living space. Excellent balcony area if the weather's good. You're really close to Tolo for eating, shopping and an amazing beach for swimming. There are lots of things to see and do, Napflion, Epidavros and Mycenae. The staff at Heliotopos are so welcoming and friendly throughout. They want you to...
