The hotel has a great location with many places at walking distance. My room had a view of the Skanderbeg Square that was the icing on top, just outstandingly beautiful. Staff was very helpful and prompt at fulfilling any requests. The only thing I was not happy about was the AC in the room, as it did not cool enough and turned off when I left the room, so the room was hot when I came back. This was not helpful considering the crazy heat outside because I had to wait quite some time for the room to be at an ambient temperature (again, the AC did not cool much).

Loved this hotel. Central location, friendly staff. Great breakfast. My only piece of advice is to start breakfast earlier as a lot of day trips leave at 6am. But this did not impact on my enjoyment of the hotel. I would definitely come back.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel and it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, professional, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. Their attention to detail and commitment to excellent service really stood out. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was way tooooo comfy! The hotel facilities were well maintained and offered everything you’d expect from a high quality stay. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options, and everything felt fresh and well prepared. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Overall, this hotel delivers a 5-star experience despite being a 4-star property. Generally a good hotel. A little bit tired in places and missing some amenities (e.g. kettle / iron) that you would expect to find. Location very much made up for that though abd the staff were friendly and helpfull.
