The air conditioning was terrible, set on an high temperature. We had very uncomfortable sleeps both night we were there. I booked a taxi for the airport the day before leaving. Upon checking out discovered that it had not been ordered. Had to make our own arrangements.

Pretty awful

The staff at reception are so rude and ignorant. They, and the staff throughout the property need training in manners, courtesy and hospitality. The rooms are old and basic. Breakfast is cheap and poor quality. Great location but that’s it. Avoid and spend your money somewhere else.

Nice but peculiar

Overall nice stay. The room was a little dated but it was clean. What I found extremely odd was when I arrived the front desk said they would need to keep hold of my passport. I refused this and left them with my drivers license. Also when I left and was checking out, I was told to wait while the woman behind the desk went to check my room

Great location

Ideal location, very comfortable, great breakfast included. Would stay again. Please turn off or at least down the awful music pumped into all common areas though, made them pretty unpleasant for me.

Great hotel and centrally located, just minutes walk to Skanderbeg Square and many restaurants . Clean room and nice amenities. Free breakfast with the best view of the square . Among the best located hotel in Tirana. It is on the main square, 100 metres from the public transport. Facilities - normal, had breakfast - standard. Price of dinner was reasonable.Staff was very welcoming and helpful.
