Staff were fabulous, very friendly, imacculately clean, nice bar and good breakfast. 15 min walk to centre in a quite neighbourhood. Was sorry to leave.

Excellent staff, but subpar for light sleepers

Arrived late, but staff was very accommodating while checking in. My room however was located next to the hotel bar and the sound isolation left a bit to be desired. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean. Because of the poor sound isolation, the noises interrupted my sleep on several occasions throughout the night.

Excellent stay at this hotel for 4 nights. Close to whatever you might need. A good walk to the central parts, ok breakfast included, some more sorts of bread could be served… very clean, fantastic staff. The minus was that the shower had no door so you couldn’t avoid having the bathroom floor wet, and slippery, after a shower. Also missed reading lamps by the beds and a wardrobe or hangets for the clothes. Guess this will be taken care of. Hotel is new and fresh. Fantastic stay. Recommendable.

Buongiorno, desidero segnalare un disservizio relativo alla richiesta di recensione che sto continuando a ricevere da Expedia. Mi viene chiesto di valutare un soggiorno presso una struttura in cui non ho mai potuto soggiornare, poiché al mio arrivo l’hotel Residence Inn mi ha comunicato un grave problema all’impianto idrico e mi ha dirottata su un’altra struttura del gruppo (Hotel Vila Klaus), senza alcuna possibilità di scelta. Inoltre, la sala colazione dell’Hotel Vila Klaus non era ancora agibile, motivo per cui sono dovuta tornare alla struttura originaria per poter usufruire del servizio. Trovo inaccettabile che, oltre al disagio subito, mi venga ora richiesto di recensire un hotel in cui non ho mai soggiornato. Questo evidenzia un evidente disallineamento nei vostri sistemi e genera ulteriore confusione per il cliente. Vi invito pertanto a correggere, aggiornare e allineare la mia prenotazione con la struttura effettivamente utilizzata e a verificare le procedure interne per evitare il ripetersi di situazioni simili. Soggiorno a Tirana

Esperienza non positiva, ricevuto un trattamento inaccettabile ed aggressivo da parte di un addetto del check in il quale ci ha chiesto il pagamento delle 4 notti da subito nonostante la carta di credito a garanzia, forse avevano paura che si scappasse notte tempo? Faccio mediamente dai 100 ai 150 soggiorni all’anno e una situazione così non l’avevo mai vissuta. Il resto del personale gentile ma il danno era irrimediabilmente fatto. Colazione mediocre ma visto il prezzo ci può stare, location fronte stazione pullman , non proprio bellissima e abbastanza vicina al centro in 25 minuti di passeggiata gradevole. La struttura è nuova e le camere e i bagni sono grandi e tenuti bene. Buona la pulizia. Comunque visto il trattamento ricevuto non ci tornerò più e sconsiglierò ad altri di fare questa esperienza.

o hotel nao tem cortina no box do banheiro, vc toma banho e a agua alaga tudo, o frigobar não gelA, so dao um cartao prA o quarto de casal, se um sair tem que deixar o outro trancado, atendentes sem falar inglês, a localização tambem é terrivel perto de conteinets de lixo, quarto barulhento com pessoas aos bertos nos corredores e o gerente nao faz nada, estragou minha viagem, nao quero ouvir falar de albania3
