There was noise from the staff all day and night. The shower was very small, and the curtain stuck to you as you tried to shower. There was a foul smell in the bathroom, coming from the pipes.

Déception totale, limite publicité mensongère

La description sur votre site ne correspond pas à la réalité. Le carrelage de la salle de bain sale et avec des moisissures. Le débit de l'eau est très faible, la chasse d'eau ne remplit pas sa fonction et on ne peut pas prendre une douche non plus. Le frigo est vide et ne marche pas. Il n'y a pas d'ascenseur. Il faut monter les valises dans un escalier raide. Le rapport qualité-prix ne tient pas la route, trop cher par rapport au confort qu'il offre et par rapport aux autres hôtels de la même gamme dans le pays. Et la cerise sur le gateau: aucun remboursement si on annule. Or j'avais reservé 2 nuits, payé 48 euros et j'ai quitté l'hôtel 1 heure après mon arrivée.
