The room was very spacious and the personal extremely kind in every moment. We used the Spa to swim and had a relaxation massage which was great. The hotel is also well communicared, near a Bus stop. We liked very much! 👌

Superb staff , especially the reception staff who couldn’t do enough from checking us in to sorting out taxis. Room was spotless and spacious. Only comment would be a bigger tv. Food in the restaurant was amazing and very reasonably priced Swimming pool was good although a little cold Gym was a negative as it’s actually quite unsafe due to the age of the equipment Other negative is the traffic outside the hotel, very busy. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay

A really lovely hotel with a spacious and comfortable room. The spa facilities were amazing and staff were pleasant and helpful. The buses which stop outside the hotel take you straight into the city centre. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Amazing experience. Out of everything, I would especially like to point of the amazing staff, they are polite and always ready to help. It was my partner’s birthday and I wanted to surprise her, they absolutely took that into consideration and decorated the room better than expected. Food in the restaurant is good quality. Spa service is clean and relaxing. Location of the hotel is good as its easier to connect to all the nearby tourist spots. Breakfast buffet has a huge variety.

But they said "they can not get pre authorization from credit card so they need to get cash deposit or passport as a guarantee during my stay, I think they shall update their credit card machine or get training from their bank how to get and return pre-authorization"

I had an amazing stay at the hotel! The place was immaculate — everything was spotless and well-maintained. The staff were exceptionally polite, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. Great place to stay in Tirana

The hotel is a bit far from the city but convenient close to the airport . The hotel offers a pool and other amenities. The staff is very helpful and they will do their best to help you out.
