I didn’t know that before I got there ( should’ve read the instructions). You need to get phone number on their website and text them on WhatsApp to let them know what time you are coming in so they can give you a code to the door and tell you which room is yours. You can also text that number to ask for blankets etc.

"Hotel Ebel Boutique is a great option for anyone staying in Tirana and hoping to walk lots. It’s very close to many shops and is a pleasant 20 minute walk from Skanderbeg Square. The rooms are opulently appointed and provide great value for your money. Highly recommended!"
"This hotel is small but it is very nice. My room was newly refurbished and felt very contemporary. The staff were great. The hotel sits above a coffee shop (which is actually connected to the hotel), so there is fresh expresso at 6:30 AM. It’s just a 20 minute walk from the heart of town and a great place to launch out on foot to see the city."

Only negative, the cooked food at breakfast was only luke warm, by the time you sat down to eat, it was cold. Reported to staff, but nothing was done to improve . We only ate the other items at breakfast, bit disappointing for a 4 star hotel, could of been much better!!"
