"The stay was alright but the staff not so much. I was told i couldn't stay another week suddenly when i had already booked again. I did nothing wrong and the front desk knew the day before i was plannion staying but didn't inform me until check out time the following 2 days after knowing what i was doing. Now im have problems getting my refund."

"There was hair all over our room and when we walked in the front lobby. The bedding was dirty and disgusting. The breakfast was also horrible. The lady at the front desk was very nice and friendly when Checked in and out. "

"Great shower pressure and size. But there is no coffee maker or microwave in the room. What a pain! You have to go downstairs to lobby to use both. Also not enough blankets on the bed. The bedspread is basically a sheet and the comforter isn’t much of one at all. I had to flip the covers over to keep me warm It seems to be a cheaper hotel and I can also hear the people next door snoring at night. I won’t stay at Tru again. "
