"We stayed in a family room with our dog. There was a welcome pack for the dog including a toy, treats and poo bags. They also provided bowls, towel and a bed. (Saved us getting the dog bed out of the car) We still used our dogs bowl as she's a miniature. We had dinner in the bar I had mains cesear salad, which was amazing with anchovies in as well as being a really generous portions. My fella had the gammon and my daughter had the children's menu of chicken goujons. For dessert we had the...

"I wanted to check in fast and visit an important attraction before they closed. The reception lady indicated that by law she had to check us in right away and show us the room. I asked if I could leave my bags in the lobby and check in after and she said, "If I did that she could not grantee she could check us in." because she would be too busy. I was thinking that she had no choice in the matter to do so and if I had arrived at 8pm she would have to check me in if she liked it or not. ??"
