"I found the rooms to be kept in very good order, clean and organized. We had our coffee machine, microwave and fridge together so there was no going back and forth. We had an ironing board, iron and hair dryer. ANOTHER BIG PLUS they had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap and lotion in big bottles so we didn't have to being ours along. I asked for wheelchair accessible shower but none were available. That was disappointing! The room and entrance was wheelchair accessible. My only dislike...

From the moment we arrived, it felt as though we were being treated like an inconvenience rather than welcomed guests. Second, the room looked nothing like the photos advertised online. "Excellent location, Very friendly staff, very clean room. Breakfast however, minimal and tasteless, however it is included in the price. Having to pay to park when paying that much for a room is irritating but downtown i guess. Shower barely gets you wet. Texts from staff to see how the stay was were appreciated. I would for sure stay here again if i had a need to be in Winnipeg."

"Good hotel, very reasonably priced, close to the university of Manitoba and Superstore. To improve: blinds are definitely not blackout, which is challenging in spring when the sun is up early, and when your window faces the parking lot with extremely bright floodlights. Unfortunately it was raining two nights and there was a dripping sound outside the window that was so loud it sounded like someone was popping microwave popcorn in the next room. "Great location right downtown - the building has a lot (A LOT) of security - staying with colleagues who were all on different floors - u cannot access any floor ur not staying on - so to have a work meeting u need to use the lobby (which is great!) or meet I. The lobby and go to a room together (also Don try to avoid this by using the stairs! We got trapped in the stairwells) Room was great. Wifi was hit and miss depending on demand.
