We booked two rooms last second for our stay. The counter persons were friendly. The rooms are very large and plenty of amenities. Easily walkable to the old city. We had a very good dinner in the restaurant.

Clean, renovated and modern facility close (walkable distance) of the central city area and many dining venues. This hotel could get upgraded to 4 stars, should the staff undergo more training and become more polite and responsive.

Nice hotel probably better in the summer
Central hotel, easy access. Good condition. The service in the restaurant was exemplary. The heating system appears to be very environmentally-unfriendly: there is an air pump that goes on and off constantly, and there is nothing to keep the temperature at a certain level, so the energy consumption must be unreasonably high. The hot air system is also very inefficient, the temperature in the common areas was very low, although the weather was not too cold yet.

Excellent hotel
The hotel was amazing, certainly for the price we paid. The room was spacious and clean. The staff was extremely friendly. They were very flexible and even prepared breakfast bags for us when we had to leave early. An excellent experience.

I lived on this street for over 20 years. It was refreshing to stay in room 18 when my previous address was 18 Tudor Vladimirescu.

Lost in translation.....
The location was close to the city center. The room was clean. Our only complaint was that our breakfast was included with our room when we booked with hotels.com. when we checked out they made us pay for our breakfast again saying it wasn't included. After showing our booking receipt that said it was included they still charged us saying they can't remove the charge. Won't stay there again due to this.

Very clean hotel, rather small but comfortable, ideal location right in the heart of the city, close to universities, as well. Excellent for a trip to Timisoara. The cost is not high. Small parking spot, tough, that can be a problem. Friendly staff, good breakfast.

Good hotel. One weak point - the free airport transfer should be booked very early in advance, probably even before you book the hotel - some other guests also mentioned it was not possible to use the free transfer, maybe is not available at all...

Great location, modern setup. We enjoyed the room perfect cleanliness, the easy access and the profesional staff. I would recommand this hotel to anybody who wants to spend good time in Timisoara.

Hotel is located centrally in the old city. Rooms interior; no noise. Breakfast 10, service same. Free shuttle to and from airport. Near the Rose Garden, Bega canal.

Superb place to stay!
Very nice hotel with spacious and elegant rooms. The restaurant downstairs offers excellent meals and service. Location is great as well, walking distance from the cathedral.

Very good and consistent
I’ve stayed many times at this hotel and the reason I return is its consistency. The rooms are always very large, with very comfy mattress and pillows, there is cleanliness, sufficient storage space, and good bathrooms. The staff is always helpful. Regarding breakfast, while not exceptional, it has salad, sandwich ingredients, some hot options (sausage, sometimes scrambled eggs) and most importantly every day some homemade cake, usually apple cake. The restaurant, open after breakfast, makes delicious food. All in all, I cannot fault this hotel which has become my work and life base in Timisoara for the past two years.

Hotel Reception Alina was not very willing to help to resolve issues from the Expedia booking, unlike other hotel properties we stayed through Expedia booking. Room is big (we booked a suite), but the shower does not work.

I stayed in the apartment. It was surprisingly huge! I like the room and it was quite clean. The receptionist is nice and friendly. Only the option of the breakfast is a bit limited and simple.

Everything was nice about this hotel. They provided me a free shuttle from the airport (not available for the departure but the cab was about $10). The check-in was fast. Service was excellent and friendly. Room sufficiently large and in good conditions. Nice choices of hot and cold breakfast buffet. This is not a luxury hotel but it is very good value for the money. OK, not everything was perfect. For instance the handle in the bathtub was loose and the drain plug was slowly leaking, but I had worse in other Romanian hotels (are Romanian plumbers/handymen less competent?) But all in all I really liked it
