Air con was not working. Room faced sunlight in the afternoon and was very warm. Room also faced swimming pool and was noisy like disco with loud music later than 10pm

Great first impression of Timisoara...

I love this hotel, friendly staff, good spa amenities, modern decor in the room, well finished (I stayed in the 4* part of the hotel), tv channel options in English (such a welcome relief) and affordable meals, cheaper than what I found in town. Areas for improvements, wifi - I couldn't get any wifi in the room but this didn't bother me too much, the spa lobby was relaxing and I stayed there when I wanted wifi; breakfast - the hot food part was always a bit cold but seeing as this was supposed to be continental breakfast, I was pleased to have hot food included; finally no drinking water or tea making facilities in the room water had to be paid for in the mini bar, I think for 4* this should certainly be included.

Bei der Ankunft war die gebuchte und im Voraus bezahlte Suitekategorie nicht mehr verfügbar. Offensichtlich werden mehr Zimmer angeboten, als verfügbar. Die Preise in Euro sind m.E. viel zu hoch für Timisoara. Scheint allerdings, dass die Nachfrage entsprechend hoch ist! Hmmmmm...

Everything you need.

Very nice hotel with spa facilities. Huge room with plenty of space. Nice food in the restaurant too. Good location to Timisoara airport - 10min drive.

Das gebuchte und im Voraus bezahlte Appartement war bei der Ankunft im Hotel nicht verfügbar. Die meisten Saunabesucher benutzen trotz Vorschrift kein Handtuch, so dass der Saunagang hygienisch sehr bedenklich wird. Kinder trainieren unbeaufsichtigt und im Badeanzug im Trainingsbereich. Weder Eltern noch Aufsichtspersonal haben etwas dagegen. Auch Erwachsene trainieren zum Teil in Badeanzug und mit Badeschlappen. Die Rezeption ist längere Zeit nicht besetzt, wenn Mitarbeiter z.B. rauchen oder essen gehen. Es gibt nur jeweils eine Person an der Rezeption. Zimmerservice ist auch ungenügend, da z.B. Duschgel und Toilettenpapier erst auf Anfrage nachgefüllt wurden. Positiv war das Restaurant, das für sehr günstige Preise leckeres Essen und gute Getränke beim angemessenen Service anbietet.

Ottimo e conveniente

Sono stato una notte all'hotel Spa Ice resort. l'avevo prenotato per la vicinanza all'aeroporto per il rientro il giorno successivo. La struttura è molto piacevole, le camere molto spaziose e molto confortevoli. Il condizionatore efficiente e molto silenzioso. A mio parere la scelta architettonica per il servizio è piuttosto discutibile se non criticabile, essendo le porte a vetro direttamente nella camera ne risulta molto limitata la privacy. Per il resto la camera, le piscine, la sauna, la spa in generale sono molto piacevoli e molto belle. Anche il ristorante è molto buono. La prima colazione a buffet è ottima.

This hotel & staff were great. The Saturday we were there the parking lot was jam packed with people and families coming to swim and sun in the pool. The majority were not checked into Hotel they just came to use the pool. We saw less than 10 people staying there. Our car was blocked in by the pool goers. The worst was all Saurday ight there was a wedding reception or some kind of party that began around 6 pm lasting until daylight. Super loud music we couldn’t get much sleep. I will NEVER stay there again and never recommend anyone staying there

Nice hotel with impressive spa area

The hotel is located outside Timisoara, which was good for us. The parking lot is quite big, but it can be crowded on a saturday due to locals coming to the spa. The staff is very friendly. The room is big and clean and we were lucky to also have a balcony. The breakfast is good with many choices. The spa area is impressive: outdoor pool with sunbathing area , an indoor oliympic pool, sauna and massage. Overall a good stay!
