Property was a bit hard to find. The sign was hidden by over grown vegetation. Was very clean. The owners were quite nice. The facilities were great. The beds were comfortable. And we had plenty of towels

Room had no bathroom just shower Had to use one outside the room, the front door was left open all day Which I would not have minded but we never got keys to the room we stayed in So we had to take all our valuables with us all the time, no heater there was cold nights, the steps going into the room were a little sketchy and both me and my daughter fell and sprained our ankle ..... would not recommend

This Bed and Breakfast was only a bed. The website and information about breakfast is not true. There was not even coffee available. It's close to the beach but not a great area. The price was as much as staying downtown and there is not much shopping or dining close by. So disappointing

Not as described!!!

Not at all as described! Upon arrival it was very difficult to get in, we knocked for about 45min and finally where able to call the host who let us in. There is no free parking on site you can park on the street and that is what they considered free, we went to the beach and to eat and when we returned someone had tried to break into our car which made us feel uncomfortable to leave it there all night. We were charged more than the original reservation and had to pay cash to avoid an additional service charge for using a card. It was very difficult to communicate with the host since she doesn’t speak English and very very little Spanish. Also there was a very intense dog smell and the towels they left out where very old and stale. Needless to say we ended up leaving and driving back home, with no refund, luckily we are only a 2 hr drive once we cross the border from home, which we where hopping to avoid having to do.

I loved everything about this place. Perfect location, just 2 blocks from the beach, in the more quiet end of the Playas, yet within minutes of walking distance to the Wall. Literally a minute walk from the small convenient store, and a very nice little coffee shop with some seriously good coffee. B&B "OuiMadame" is this awesome huge house, that stays cool even when its very hot outside. Very clean, beautifully decorated. With a number of all kinds of rooms, with private and shared bathrooms, and even private entrances (that where I stayed - and was SO happy with it!) You have a full access to a guests kitchen, where you can cook for yourself. You get this fantastic breakfast in the morning, with fresh fruit, and yogurt and eggs of your choice, and toasts with homemade marmalade. And everyone I met there was so genuinely nice and welcoming. It felt like staying with family and friends, rather than in a hotel. Staying with "OuiMadame" was what helped me a lot to have such a great time in Tijuana. And I'm forever grateful for that.

What I liked is that I had booked a room here and did not follow their instructions and showed up late. They were gracious enough to not charge me for the room for not staying there. Any other place would of charged me. Great honest people!!

Oui Madam is a Little Secret!!!

It was a great stay specially with Mimi and Crystal as the host, the food, the cats, a tranquility that you could breath. Definitely recommended!!!!

I originally booked this location for close proximity for my dog's vet appointment/surgery. I booked the room at 3 and was there by 5p, they were so helpful and nice. The property, staff and even the neighbors were beyond helpful and spoke well enough English to hold conversation, help learn a new language and good conversation/food. :) Cristal is French and such a sweet gem. She's very kind-hearted and loving. Dominik is the main host, he explained that he added his own flair to the location. And Mimi was super helpful being the liason and concierge. I HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this location for any kind of relaxing stay.

Overrated and over priced for a crappy place

It was ok but there’s no privacy at all No door locks and the owner doesn’t speak English so it’s hard to communicate Needs to maintain the place and the amenities that they offer. Misleading reviews and highly overrated and over price crappy place Check it for yourself!

Las Playas...Mexico beach community

Our first B&B. OMG what a great experience place is great, the breakfast was organic and fresh. Right near cool cafes and pubs along the beach. Awesome restaurants with views for miles, we can even see the Coronado Bridge. Enjoyed our stay and great host.
