"Saludos, el recepcionista muy amable. No obstante, es lamentable que hay una plaga de moscas no tan solo en el cuarto sino en todas las áreas recreativas. Asimismo, no hay toallas disponibles en la habitación lo cual dificulta el uso del baño. Además, la bañera y el inodoro tenían muy poca presión de agua. Esperemos que se pueda trabajar la situación ya que, el lugar cuenta con una buena ubicación."

"Yes, parking was easy, right in front of the building but was upset there was no elevator and I had five suitcases with me"

"Ofrecieron estacionamiento el cual no existe. La calle no es propiedad privada. Ofrecer estacionar al frente en la calle no es tener estacionamiento disponible. La presión de la ducha fue como balance con un vaso. De todo lo demás fue excelente"

"Make sure to have managers overnight phone number before they closed the reception because we had a situation after midnight and they were unavailable to help. They say that the overnight manager phones number was on reception and guess what?? Was closed. We were unable to get phones number. Hopefully another guest help with the situation. The place is great."

"The staff was very helpful and attentive. Rooms were clean. The pool area was my favorite part of my stay!!! Parking was very convenient. I would highly recommend this location."

"The street outside of our room was very loud... the bathroom was out of hand soap... and the ac didn't properly cool. As you can imagine, not very restful! But it was clean and the staff was kind at check in. We did leave a day earlier than planned... the casino was fun, though!"

"Todo estaba limpio, estaban en mejorias y en arreglos de algunas areas, el staff amable y atentos. El desayuno continental no fue de nuestras expectativas, esperabamos algo más, como la proteína, había pan, cereales (cornflakes), avena y manzanas. El área de la piscina estubo limpia y espaciosa. En el área de niños, el joven que nos atendió muy servicial, comunicativo y atento. Los cuartos excelente, agua caliente, dos camas, agua caliente, closet, tabla de planchar, TV, Direct TV le funcionaba...
