We asked for a towel and they accused us that we alreasy had a towel in our room. Their attitude was like we are living here for free. No amenties were privided in the room. You mentioned room would have bath rope; room would be sound proof all false. I am amused how this hotel is on expedia. I am frustated because we booked 3 rooms because it was a gift for a newly wed couple and we were embarrased. You can see I book too many hotels from expedia but this one was the worst expereince. Ramada is a brand but this hotel was something not even 2 star. Total waste of money. "
