"The overalll experience was very good.O ur kids had a great time at mini zoo and we all enjoyed our stay very much .The food and service at the Tangra restaurant was very good however they are only providing us with bottled water only which is priced at Rs 450 a bottle and they don't serve normal water which I found very very wrong considering that it's a standard norml in India to provide normal water along with bottled one .I was only left with the choice to either buy the Rs 450 bottle or take my child to the Brick room( main buffet restaurant) which is highly unacceptable.They definitely need to rectify this."

"On arival i refused to stay becouse they were asking extra mony for third person but when we booked it was mensuned that room is good for third person but reseptionist refused. We did not stay but they did not canceld the booking on request."
