"Shower water was not hot and had the room with the large tub and paid extra for that. With the temperature of the shower, there was no way I was going to use that feature."

"Great hotel to stay with family.very clean and staff is very friendly"

"great for the price but hot tub wasn't very hot and didn't have conditioner in the bathrooms otherwise great place 👍"

"The staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Someone was always cleaning, emptying the trash, wiping things down, vacuuming, etc. They definitely went above and beyond!"

"I am getting use to having the shampoo, conditioner and body wash permanently in the shower at hotels. A bit disappointed it was not in there especially the body wash. Our room was on the side of the pool so no natural light and the room was dark. Another lamp or perhaps a ceiling fan with a light could help. The coffee was delicious!"

"The heating unit in our room was not functioning. There seemed to be only one very tired staffer in the facility, and she made some ineffectual attempts to deal with the problem. She first said we couldn't get a different room (without explaining why), but later backed off."

"Beautiful lobby, workout room and indoor pool. Our room was small. Bed was ok. AC/Heat was very touchy. Room was either cold or hot. It runs day and night. Kept us awake. Didn’t see that they offered ear plugs etc until checkout today. We spent 2 nights. Our room was not serviced yesterday. Breakfast was ok. Not laid out very well. Example toaster on counter with eggs etc but bread is across the way about 5 feet or more. Needs better organization. Tortillas not warm even though served in...

"Easy, friendly check-in and checkout. Actually were able to check in early to get to the Brewer World Series game early."

"Amazing"

"I left my expensive pillow in my room by mistake. Called 2 hours later and was told they would contact housekeeping and get back to me. A week later I've called 5 times and gotten 5 different stories. The "manager" Maria has lied to me and the corporate offices. Such unprofessional behavior......ive stayed at this property over 20 times in the last 12 years. Its gone completely unprofessional."

"Clean room very nice"
