The bed was really comfortable and rooms were newly renovated, clean and very spacious. The upside, they have a heated large pool and very big gym area but down size is that there huge hot tub is permanently closed and for me, you need a working hot tube if you want all rooms booked as I would have giving it a 10 if it wasn't for the hot tub not working.

Bed and pillows are comfortable. Room was clean with the usual amenities. Staff isn’t friendly or effiecnt. I’m a VIP member but they don’t offer any benefits.

They need to fix the hot tub.. Also keep an eye on their guests lots were yelling and screaming in the middle of the night

Room layout is confusing, signage to my room was not visible at all. Because I was next to the conference area there were no signs saying rooms *** to *** Lights in the room were very poor as room was too dark.

The hotel was extremely noisy. The pool had multiple broken parts. Lots of parents drinking in the pool area. Neighbour blasting music until 2am.

You should indicate that you have shuttle service from the airport instead of finding out through a taxi driver after paying a hefty bill

I stayed in a reno’d room, nice and great bed. No free breakfast as it has a restaurant. $11 breakfast credit for a menu that didn’t have anything below $16. A regular breakfast was over $20.

The pool was warm, booked on expedia, still got charged extra "someone forgot to add on taxes" even though taxes were paid in expedia. Went during march break hockey tournament season... 30 kids in the pool at once, kids running through out the hallways until after midnight It was chaotic. Giving a deposit and getting it back took longer than it should of.

The front desk never gave me a form to fill out the information for my vehicle. I had asked 3 employees total about it (even made a call from the airport) to discuss it. I said I was worried about being towed with going away on vacation - they all said it was fine and again, never asked for any information. The parking lot is dark. We had someone follow us to our vehicle and then walk around the building as he saw us stop and stare. We had to get up early (2:30am) to ge to the airport and the room across us had kids running and screaming down the hall, and at one point when they left… the dog was barking as whining the entire time. So we lost sleep there.

Clean pool area. Both times I brought my kids to swim there was a worker cleaning the washroom area. Sauna was great too. Our Friday night stay we were in a room right beside a team of teenagers who were very loud all night long. In the morning I asked to change rooms and was accomodated right away! This was my third stay and I know we will be back again.
