At first, it looked nice "on paper'... then, one discovers the following : - carpets need renovation or serious cleaning - too big... looks like a factory.. too many people.. too many noisy disrespectful people - customers are totally not at the level of this hotel : noisy, disrespectful, low class... : giving phone calls during 30 minutes on balcony just above at midnight, or in room at 3:30 am (I had to pick up the security to make it stop), slamming doors, talking loud or shouting, etc... -breakfast buffet is not really "value for the money" (490,000 vnd if you buy apart).. again: over crowded, low class, feels like being in a refectory... --> for double the price approx. you have a nice dinner in the restaurant at top floor ! Pro - Plus points : - bed and mattress are really really comfortable - gym fitness well equipped even if small.. choose your time to train - high class restaurant on last floor at reasonable prices - staff is cheerful and kind

We stayed in a three-bedroom villa at this resort for three nights with our family of five. The villa was spacious, spotless, and luxurious, making our stay extremely comfortable. Both the private beach and the swimming pool were beautiful and well maintained. The breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and we also enjoyed the complimentary happy hour each afternoon and evening, with unlimited drinks and snacks. Everyone in our family was very satisfied. All of the staff, both men and women, were warm, friendly, and welcoming throughout the resort, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We are especially grateful to Eric, who looked after us from check-in to check-out. His attentive and thoughtful service truly made a difference. This is a resort we would definitely love to visit again.

Had a very relaxing week at this resort - the staff are wonderful and get it all correct. Strongly recommended for Travellers with family or someone looking for a quiet getaway.

Amazing beach and exceptional service! The staff consistently goes above and beyond for their customers. A special shoutout to Be, who was incredible in helping us organize activities for the kids. The kids club is also very convenient, making it perfect for a family vacation.
