What a great staff team, all of them. I managed to loose my phone after a week at the hotel but not at the hotel. The staff were amazing helping me sort my flights, going on the internet to sort my travel to Thailand sorted. They could not have been more helpful and I thank them for that. The lads at the rooftop bar, the cleaning staff all of them were excellent

The place was nice and our suite was beautiful. We booked the suite with the pool, and my kids loved the pool. Now here's my complaint. There were never enough towels in the room, so I kept having to ask for more from housekeeping. Considering there's a pool, they should know we will be needing more than 4 towels a day. Especially when there's 3 people in the suite. (Suite usually sleeps 4) Another thing, housekeeping was iffy. One day our room would be clean and the next it looked like they barely cleaned anything and only made the bed. Dishes in the sink weren't taken away either. They never changed our new cups for us at the bar. Pillow was tossed on one side. I even tipped housekeeping to make sure they would do a better job next time and take the dishes out. The dishes from us ordering room service. And then check out. Make sure you dont lose a key card! Cause they'll charge you for it! I booked 3 rooms for my entire family, my son misplaced a key card and I was charged for it. Back in the states we would just toss them. But whatever.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay from the beginning. We were also upgraded at no extra cost. They service is great and we will definitely recommend and also stay here again

We had a very pleasant stay at Haian Beach Hotel. The hotel was clean, the breakfast was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We are a family of four, and although there was initially a misunderstanding about our room only having three beds, the staff handled the situation professionally. They quickly arranged an extra bed and later moved us to a quieter room on a higher floor, which we really appreciated. The location is excellent, right across from the beach, and the rooftop pool offers beautiful views. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel to other families visiting Da Nang.
