"On arrival at the Hawk Inn I was greeted in a very polite and friendly manner. Booking in was extremely simple, I love the express booking in before arrival. My room was lovely, clean, warm and comfortable. Nice touches such as mini fridge for drinking water and some fresh milk instead of little milk jiggers. "We were only staying one night while we were working in the area. The room was large, comfortable and clean. There is a bar which is OK (there are nice pubs a short drive away as well) and the breakfast was a standard hotel buffet but of good quality. There are some very large but very dopey and friendly dogs."

"We had an amazing Christmas at the Hatchet. Christmas Eve food was great and local musicians provided excellent entertainment which everyone in the pub joned in with. A fantastic atmosphere. The hotel rooms were warm and comfortable. Although we had one minor glich with our room, it was dealt with quickly and professionally. Thank you Gerry. "A lovely hotel located about 15 minutes from Stonehenge and 15 minutes from Salisbury town centre. The room was spacious, and the heater worked perfectly—nice and warm. Everything was clean and well maintained. Nora at reception was lively, helpful, and incredibly bubbly, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended, and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again if I’m in the area. "

"I love this Days Inn. The wonderful staff seem to care for it like it was a proper family run hotel. There is a wild garden outside for the bees and seed poles for the birds and recycling bins outside the main entrance, IN A MOTORWAY SERVICE STATION !! Always a warm human and funny welcome.
