"The staff is great, very welcoming and friendly. Michael gave us the information we needed to enjoy our visit to Rethymno. The Hotel provides great recommendations, very clean rooms, and a fantastic breakfast in the morning. Parking on the street can be difficult but the location and this hotel is worth the effort. We enjoyed having a kitchenette so that when we wanted a little break from the beach, we could quickly go back to our room and have a snack. The staff always ensured that our room was clean and if we needed anything then they were able to assist us (ex. Calling a taxi or printing a voucher). "

"We loved this hotel. So beautiful inside and out. Definitely suggest you book a Roma with patio and pool access. The hotel staff is so lovely. They genuinely care about you having a wonderful relaxing time. Loved the breakfast choices. I highly suggest you get breakfast in patio or the room my favorite was the Cretan yogurt bowl. OMG good.
