"The only issue we had was there was no one to check us in, The contact numbers we had no one answered. We actually felt like we were trespassing. After driving around for an hour someone finally returned our call & messages and arranged to meet us. We had almost given up & were going to go home. Having said that we ended up having a really enjoyable stay :)"

"Excellent choice for where to stay for the Nottingham Tennis and to pick up my child from Nottingham University halls. Everything worked a treat. Child was less than 5 minutes away so I could say hi, drop off a takeaway and load up the car for end of year departure. "Room was musty and needed to use body spray to mask smell. However, the bed was comfortable and room had a fan which helped. iron and ironing board were available. Sheets and towels were clean. Shower was powerful with good temperature: Facilities - Hot tub was out of order and I was not made aware of this when I arrived and said I was going to use the spa. Except from the library and reception area the hotel seemed run down and in dire need of a revamp central courtyard fake grass thread bare...
