"Perfectly pleasant. A couple of minor maintenance issues and some noise overnight of other guests coming in from creaky floors and loud doors, but overall a reasonably place to stay for a night or two."

"The staff were fabulous. Super helpful and kind. The room was clean, the bed comfortable. The included breakfast incredible!"

"I had a great stay here cheap and on a budget but clean and beds comfortable"

"The room was spacious and clean and relatively quiet given that the 'hotel' ( consisting of 4 houses dotted around 3 streets was next to a busy road. The buildings looked tired and needed some updating. There is no reception desk and you will not see a person - everything is done on WhatsApp. No breakfast room and you need to order it 48 hours before - no service and 'character' - still location is good and central"

"Really close to the station and the city. Only suggestions for improvement for kitchen would be washing up bowl and a drying rack for dishes"

"Parking on site was good and one of the reasons we booked this hotel. The noise from the outside road though facing the street was more than expected due to late night revellers. The food at the restaurant was okay, although I thought was expensive for what it was I only got 2 small pieces of lamb for £29. The quality and taste was okay though, but there are other places to go and eat which are nicer and better value. Location of the hotel was very good though in terms of being able to walk...

"bit of tlc, for example the skirting boards were all knocked and the shower was leaking quite badly. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good."

"Friendly, knowledgable staff, Clean room, Fridge very welcome, Shower excellent, free parking so close to the city. Comfy bed. Overall a great stay."

"Dining room restaurant chairs stained and dirty carpet dirty and beyond cleaning timber floors need sanding snd polishing understaffed Staff very friendly and helpful Television not tuned overall the hotel needs preventative maintenance very noisy facing canal could not recommend this facility one of the worst premier inn hotels I have visited"

"The suite was spacious and quiet. It is a little out of town but the town is easily accessible"

"Nice property, well equipped kitchen. Great location ( near pub, shops, fantastic cafe. ) The only downside was automatic check in didn’t go smoothly and very hard to contact anyone so took almost an hour of hanging around before we could access room. Such a shame because otherwise it was great! Hopefully this will be rectified and not happen in the future for other guests."

"Dated but excellent staff. Accesible room good but smelt of drains."

"Fantastic location for downtown Norwich Very friendly staff and great breakfast"

"Clean room albeit old. Checkin was smooth and host was helpful. Minutes from the city centre"

"There was more parking spaces when we got there late, the receptionist was very helpful she explained where the restaurant was and the bar where we can now order food if we are hungry which we were, because the restaurant was closing. The rooms were very clean, breakfast was nice dinner was excellent depending on your choice. Overall friendly staff and my stay was enjoyable. Plenty of leaflets on were you want to go and see."

"Accommodation within student campus, run well and always happy to stay here. Basic and dated but if you just looking for a no frills bed for the night then its perfect"

"Lovely stay!"

"Standard room. Nothing special"
