"We stayed at Sea Valley Resort for four nights, and unfortunately, it was quite disappointing. While we were aware that the resort was remote when we booked, we didn’t anticipate just how isolated it would be—there were no decent restaurants or convenience stores within walking distance. The food at the resort was bland and not worth the price. Additionally, I expected better cleanliness; our bed sheets weren’t changed throughout our stay. The only cleaning service we received was a new set of large towels and beach towels (not the small ones) and emptying the rubbish bin. On our first night, the water stopped working in the middle of my shower, but they did manage to fix it in about 30 minutes. However, we continued to have issues with the hot water. We had booked a family villa with a swimming pool, but the water was visibly unclean, so we chose not to use it. The massage service onsite and the ocean view from the restaurant were the only highlights of our stay. Overall, the resort feels quite outdated and in need of improvement. If you’re looking for a relaxing holiday in a nice resort, I recommend seeking alternatives."
