"We were very unpleasantly surprised by our experience at the Best Western Plus Executive Inn. The price was right and location fit our needs. Our initial impression of the building was it appeared clean and well maintained. The kids enjoyed the pool area. Our issues were mainly in our room. When we were going to sleep, we noticed our sheets/pillows smelled strongly of B.O.. Our kids were already asleep so there was no point to call the front desk for help. "The hotel has become a pot smokers paradise. The pictures don't do justice online. Place is definitely a 2 or less star in my opinion. I paid $200 per night and it felt like a cheap motel. Elevator always smelled like Marijuana. In a four night stay we changed rooms at 11:00 pm as the adjoining room, there was pot smoking going on. The smell was so strong in our room that we couldn't breathe. This is not even an area where there should be a parking charge. It's $15 per night. Absolute...

"Breakfast selection is amazing and completely fit my expectations of a nutritious breakfast. They even had a waffle maker to make your own waffles. I wish the staff or Expedia would have indicated that parking was not free. My party was not happy about the hidden cost but we also had to place our vehicle somewhere overnight."

"Stayed here with my dog and was disappointed. The pet fee ($75 + tax/night) is quite high, yet no amenities (no bed, no bowl ) were provided for the dog at all. Also, the USB-C chargers on both sides of the bed were not working. We were told no maintenance was available and were given a used adapter, which wasn’t practical for multiple devices. On the positive side, the room is spacious and the breakfast is good. Overall, not great value for a pet-friendly stay."

"Room is impeccably clean and nice. But nobody answers the phone in front desk, housekeeping, everything! Huge living room but can’t afford to have microwave inside the room, there’s only one old microwave at the lobby. No signage or anything as to where you can find amenities, you have to figure it or ask around. Kinda disappoints for 4-start expensive hotel."

"The room smells damp. The white window curtain never closes. The room is dark and not enough light in room. Bathrobes are stained with yellowish color, towels are dirty with stains on them. Bedsheets are old and worn out. Lots of noises from the room above if they use the bathroom or jetted tub. Break fast is a joke. "
