"Clean room Breakfast"

"I enjoyed my stay at this hotel but, by no means, this is a 4 star hotel, it should be described as a 3 star hotels. Staff is very good as it is the breakfast but the rooms, at least mine, are in need of some refurbishment. The hotel is well located and I think that the area is also safe but the price i have paid is too much I think. If you prioritises the location above anything else, it could be a good choice but there are so many hotels nearby so I would check also their prices. For expedia:...

"A beautiful property which is very well located for seeing the sights of Athens. It was possible to walk everywhere of interest from the hotel and there were plenty of restaurants to choose from. We stayed in a suite with ample room which made for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was very good, the only downside being the limitation on refills of anything other than filter coffee. I would not hesitate to stay here again next time I’m in Athens."

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location to the Acropolis was very close. Great made to order breakfast. Room was great"

"This hotel is in an excellent location, very close to the Montstraki metro station. Neighbourhood is nice and felt safe too. Hotel staff are courteous, helpful and friendly. The room was of a standard smaller size which is common I think in Athens This hotel was likely last renovated in the early 1990s because the room's floors were in wood grain. Laminate that had worn through in a couple of spots. The bathroom was a tight space not big enough for two people, with a plastic shower curtain...

"Excellent service and location"

"We were in room 403. The property should install more than one hanging hook in the bathrooms as we have two travel toiletry kits that hang for convenience. And we both like to hang our wet towels on individual hooks after using versus draping them over the shower door or leaving them on the floor. Also, in our room, the AC unit needed the filter replaced and was under "central control" versus allowing us to control in the room via the wall thermostat. We called the front desk and they said...

"My wife and I had the most wonderful time staying at Perianth. The staff was extremely courteous and made us feel very welcomed and pampered. The hotel itself is very clean and comfortable, and the location is fantastic and allowed us to walk around and experience the best part of Athens. I would highly recommend this hotel as your first choice if you’re staying in Athens!"

"Staff was so wonderfully friendly! The room was excellent and beautiful. The terrace had a wonderful view and breakfast was located conveniently near by and was delicious. Cannot recommend this hotel enough!"
