"Zeer vriendelijke medewerkers. Prima hotel als je voor een goede prijs kiest. Hotel is wat verouderd, rook niet overal superfris, de kamers waren wat sfeerloos en gedateerd en we hadden geen douche (ook in het bad douchen was niet mogelijk). Pluspunten: ruime kamer, bedden sliepen lekker, verduisterende gordijnen, airco, laadpaal, prima ontbijt (niet echt een buffet). Verder ligt het hotel afgelegen, wel voldoende parkeerplek."

"Het hotel is vanuit de parkeergarage moeilijk te vinden, met de bewegwijzering loop je een rondje. bij de roltrap wijst hij namelijk niet naar boven en daarna is ook niks meer te vinden. Verder was het hotel prima, personeel met inchecken was ook goed. Helaas in de avond wilde wij nog naar de bar die tot 2300 uur open zou zijn maar deze was vanwege voetbal dicht, ze wees ons naar een sportbar en weer was dit een slecht aangegeven en ook slecht aangegeven door het personeel. "Zentral gelegenes Hotel in umgebauten Altbau. Sehr großzügiges Zimmer und Bad mit netter kleiner Sitzecke. Etwas schwierig sind die vielen einzelnen Stufen, die sich auch durch mit Aufzug nicht vermeiden ließen. Altbau halt."

"Stopped here after a long drive from Calais. Nice place with helpful staff. The air con was very welcome and so was the complimentary beer in the bar. The breakfast was well worth for the view from the terrace."

"Hôtel bien situé pour un étape, non loin des autoroutes, mais le centre de Namur reste facilement accessible. Parking gratuit et aisé, chambre confortable et moderne. Le personnel était agréable. C'est mon troisième séjour dans cet hôtel, et j'y retournerai sans hésiter."

"I booked a standard double - on arrival I was given a room key for a top foor room. There is no lift and the stairs are steep. The room was terrible - every surface was sticky, the bed ancient and I felt disgusting just being in there. After checking Expedia it stated they still had 3 deluxe rooms available so I went to ask at reception if i could upgrade. Suddenly nobody spoke English anymore and I had to communicate in my broken French. The lady first insisted she had no other rooms available...

"Our room was nice, no complaints, and we had dinner in the restaurant which was excellent. The location of the hotel is right below famous Citadel. The only complaint I have is the parking. There is a parking lot and garage but it is on the other side of the casino which makes checking in and out a bit challenging. There is free parking at the hotel but because it is connected to the casino, all of the casino customers take it up. When we arrived at about 5pm, all the free spaces near the...
