Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The hotel had a beautiful atmosphere, with charming Bhutanese decorations that added an authentic local touch. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it a very pleasant place to relax after a day of exploring the city. I particularly appreciated the welcoming atmosphere and the overall comfort of my stay. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with any requests. Their hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable and contributed to a very positive impression of Bhutan.
