The manager I believe Heather was her name absolutely amazing she went above and beyond to make sure my stay was everything and I was comfortable they are under going some updates and she apologized for that but I told her they are doing great and it was ok very comfortable cozy quiet and just all around awesome staff her and her husband

Lobby was closed, staff confused on booking citing on just purchasing the property and having no computers to verify booked stay. Hotel itself looked to have just started being renovated or gutted. Entire situation felt sketchy and I ended up booking elsewhere as an emergency.

Disgusting. Exposed wiring and plumbing Blinds did fully cover windows, people could see right into area where I needed to dress. Went to office on 2nd day to get more towels and complain about the lack of privacy with the blinds, no one ever there. I thought of even calling the city building officials as I believe there are definite safety issues. I would not HAVE STAYED THERE EXCEPT I PREPAID. Pics are very deceiving.
