Excellent Staff

The service was excellent. The staff takes care of the property. Only downside was the sofa and chair in the king deluxe were uncomfortable to sit on, however the pull out bed was excellent. Really enjoyed our stay.

It was a pleasant stay.. I have stayed there a lot in past, once a month for couple years. Stop going as it was unkept, dirty…… told me from construction workers. Now they have replaced and cleaned up the hotel in many avenues. Keep up the good work!

Nice hotel that is conveniently located close to the university. Quiet. Pool & hot tub were closed for cleaning. Check in process always takes 15 minutes which I don’t understand when I book through Expedia.

Clean and comfortable.

The service was great, room clean and comfortable, breakfast was expansive and delicious. My only negative was that the bed was hard, but that's subjective. If I ever find myself in Crookston in the future, I would stay here again. =)

I was greeted by very pleasant employees who even offered to help carry luggage to my second floor room if I needed. The lobby, room, pool area was well kept and clean. The only things that weren’t 5 stars were the shower pressure (very low) and the hot tub could have used some attention. Overall, our stay was great.
