Description of room / bed not matching reality

I stayed for one night at Rentrooms Hostel. I checked in after 24:00 and my check in was easy and well guided by the staff in advance. Unfortunately, the room I was given alongside the bed allocation did not match the description on hotels.com I booked a bed in a dorm with one bunk bed for two people with towels and hairdryer included. I was given a bed on a six bed dorm (3 bunk beds) without a towel and a broken hairdryer. Not happy at all for its price. To the positive points: Polite, professional and helpful staff (reception & cleaning / breakfast lady. Very good breakfast which was included in my booking. Home made at the time you order it with six different options. Very clean room, bathroom and cafe / breakfast and common areas! Very clean bed linen, cover and pillow.

I loved my stay at RentRooms! The people there were so friendly and helpful in every way. The room was ideal - quiet, well provisioned and with air conditioning too. The location made it easy to walk to the sea and into town. And there were several great tavernas in the square just behind the hotel. Totally recommended!

Bina çok eski. Odada küf kokusu vardı. Yatakla temizdi fakat rahat değildi. Çocuklarım uyurken her sağdan sola döndüklerinde gıcırdama yüzünden uyandılar. Gece yarısı sık uyanmalar dinlenmemizi engelledi. Odada 4 tane su ve 2 bardak var. Kahve ,çay vs yoktu. Odada klima var ve yeterliydi. Banyo ile ilgili birşey söyleyemiyorum. Çünkü geç vakit girip erkenden ayrıldık. Tüm bunların yanında konumu çok iyi. Selanikin gezilebilecek her yeri buradan yürüme mesafesinde. Yemek yerlerine de rahatlıkla ulaşabilirsiniz.

良い点: 部屋や共用スペースは最低限の清潔さがあり、問題なく宿泊できました。何より観光地へのアクセスが良いです。早朝のチェックアウトにも対応いただけたので助かりました。 悪い点: Expediaにはチェックインは13時からと記載があり、事前にWhatsAppでも時刻について確認があったにもかかわらず、現地に行くと「部屋の準備ができるのは15時だ」と言われました。

Впервые воспользовалась услугами хостела и не пожалела. К слову сказать жила в отдельной комнате. Ежедневная уборка, вкусный завтрак, в номере холодильник, чайник, кофеварка, туалетные принадлежности. В шаговой доступности от основных достопримечательностей. Балкон выходил на Ротонду. Сервис отличный, девочки очень отзывчивые. Огромным плюсом оказалась незначительная удаленность от главной очень шумной улицы, которая даже ночью не умолкает ни на минуту.

A nice expierience

The hotel is located next Kamara ,which means is close to everything and within 7 min walk you can get to the seafront!!The room was spacious and very clean !!Hotel staff is super friendly and polite ,for a three star hotel is a great choice!Do not miss out the morning breakfast, delicious!!I hope the surrounding will not turn into a zone full of illegal immigrants!

Ottimo sevizio, ambiente familiare e accogliente

RentRooms e' un piccolo albergo molto accogliente. Ho soggiornato in una camera singola, pulizia ok, era presente un frigobar con qualche bevanda gratuita (acqua, aranciata, birra). Piacevole il piccolo giardino esterno, dove ho potuto sostare nelle molte ore libere (ero in trasferta di lavoro) usufruendo di prese di corrente per il portatile e connessione wireless (un po' lenta) in un contesto familiare e simpatico. La colazione e' servita nel medesimo giardino e si puo' scegliere tra 6 menu, occidentali, vegani o greci. Ottima colazione, ottimo servizio, personale gentilissimo, atmosfera accogliente. Unica pecca una sola presa di corrente in camera.
