"Absolutely Stunning!! Best hotel hands down in Thessaloniki, Greece. We stayed here 4 nights during a recent trip then transferred to the Grand Hotel to meet up with a group tour. The comparison of the 2 hotels were huge! 2.5 for the Grand Hotel & a 5+ for the Makedonia Hotel! The buffet was magnificent! The balcony views were spectacular! The terrace gathering area was so relaxing! We would highly recommend! "

"The location of this hotel is what sold me. Nearly everything is in walking distance. If you find it hard to walk there is taxis right outside. The hotel had amazing views of Mount Olympus again depending on weather and room type. We had a sea view and will be booking that in the future. The decor is lovely regardless of any works that was going on. Nothing felt disrupted it felt more the other way of me disrupting the people working on the flooring. The roof top bar is beautiful and the spa is absolutely exquisite ! A very calm and friendly hotel. All the staff that we came into contact were lovely, friendly and knowledgeable as it was our first time in Thessaloniki. "
