"Room was very nice and clean, staff was amazing they have excellent customer service , I highly recommend your stay would be great!!!! Can’t wait to go again!!!"
"Very clean hotel, comfortable and spacious rooms, the pool outside was very enjoyable and not over chlorinated. The restaurant had a very nice breakfast buffet with plenty of options, eggs cooked to order etc. "
"So when we got there it was super cute. The boutique was stocked and had everyth8ing that we needed. The rooms were just like the pictures. The kitchenette was wonderful to have also.
Now to the bad stuff that doesn't overpower the good but definitely makes you question.
1.) Our shower knob was apparently loose so we had to be our own maintenance woman and fix that. Not a biggie.
2.) The sink underneath leaked a little so as long as we didn't use it (Which wasn't often) wasn't a big deal.
3. AND THE BIGGEST...Baby we ha a roach that jumped on you and wouldn't die. No it didn't come with us. This boutique is renovated and so I'm sure it coming from the ceiling was a cause of that.
*But again..besides that last one...Id definitely stay here again.
We did tell the management about these things so IM SURE they have been fixed at this time."
"Overall rating: 3.5 stars
The hotel has some beautiful features, especially the pool and the lobby, which both looked very nice and inviting. However, the room itself did not meet the same standard. I would rate the room cleanliness 3 stars. The bathroom mirror lights did not work, which made the room feel cheap and poorly maintained. The furniture also looked old and damaged, and there were not enough towels provided in the room.
Another downside is that parking costs $10 per day, and there is no free breakfast included. Overall, the hotel has potential because of the beautiful lobby and pool area, but the rooms need updating and better attention to detail."
