"Excellent"

"Easy access to the terminal. Took less than 10 min from hotel to the terminal. Staff were all help and polite. Ana from front desk left us a welcome message card and it was very nice gesture. The building itself is very old. I see the lift ups here and there but looks like a patch up. Looks like they had bad contractors for the renovation. Pool was u see renovation and closed. They don’t know when it will open as of May. I will use here again just for the staff and convenience of location. However the building is very old so I might try some newly built hotel also nearby with free shuttle bus."

"Very dirty and smells like mold"

"Room smelled really bad, like mildew covered with purfume. Otherwise bed was comfy. Breakfast was good. Only stayed the night before a flight early the next morning."

"AC in my room was super loud, woke me up a couple of times when it cut on. Other than that everything else went well"

"I am a single business traveler. I arrived and noticed the 12th floor window was broken. I rushed to my meeting - arrived back late at night - slept - left. The next day after check out they charged me 800.oo for a broken window. When I called to dispute it they said that I should have told them about it when i checked in because otherwise they assume I broke it. Not sure how a single female biz traveler breaks a 12th story window. They were also very rude. Stay anywhere but here in the Woodlands. Just a shabby property. Terrible experience."

"Everything was good. Had to ask several times before finally receiving fresh towels. My only complaint was pool wasn't heated and needed to be cleaned. "
