"Room was clean but you can smell a lot of humidity , air conditioners are old. As well as most of the room furniture. "

"Construction all around, noise, dust. Dirty room all pillows in hair. The elevators are disastrous, people wait for so long they have to take stairs and I had a baby and a stroller. Will never ever stay there again!"

"We asked to have our room cleaned three different times and even spoke to multiple staff members, but nothing was ever done. That’s really frustrating. We’ve been sleeping on the same sheets for multiple nights and using the same old towels, which is honestly not acceptable—especially for the price we’re paying. Basic housekeeping shouldn’t be this hard to get. Also, if you’re planning to get any work done during your stay, don’t count on the internet—it’s been terrible. Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience, and it definitely makes us think twice about staying here again"
