"The room was clean and the staff were lovely but the hotel felt in need of an upgrade. The table in the room was covered in cup rings that could not be removed. The walls had scuff marks, the shower lacked power and was pretty useless and the AC did not cool the room. I had to request toilet roll for my second day as this was not replenished when the room was made."

"The room was very clean however I felt a few things lacking. There was no bin or mirror in actual room just in bathroom which was an issue if someone was using the bathroom. Shower in bathroom could do with being updated as water just trickles out. Staff were lovely but not always present when you needed something as bar was not manned. Breakfast again was great but no decaf coffee available. Good parking especially in city centre and so convenient. I would stay again but just feel points I mentioned could make this place fabulous!"

"Breakfast was a bit hit and miss, being shown to a table which wasn’t ready or cleared on both mornings. The first morning, no one actually came and cleared the table so we had to find one ourselves!"

"The overall presentation was acceptable, the interior of the room and hotel was good, however the air con did not work, so the hotel filled the room with fans and non effective mobile aircon. The windows were filthy and as we had access to an external courtyard, the cobwebs were off putting. Overall the hotel presented as s 3 star property and was a dissapointment for the chain as we have frequented many other locations if indigo."

"Greeted by friendly staff given a room overlooking the garden, spacious well appointed even had a mini fridge and fan ideal as we were visiting during a heat wave. Bathroom clean with spacious shower and plenty of clean towels. The location was great easy walk into town we chose to walk via the tow path which was easy to access from the property. Comfy bed for a good nights sleep. Breakfast was plentiful we had to order the cooked choice and preferred time when we arrived for the following morning, plenty of choice of cold options which you help yourself to plus self service teas and coffees. Cooked breakfast was large and delicious it certainly set us up for the day. Would definitely consider staying here again"
