"Friendly staff. Room should have been cleaner."

"Needed more pillows chairs needed to be cleaned they were stained on the chairs"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Cherry Valley Manor. We stayed in the Sleeping Beauty Suite. We really enjoyed the private deck and jacuzzi. The staff was really great and the amenities were very nice. There were a few minor issues that made the trip fall short of a 5 star review. First off, the parking situation was not great. The driveway was extremely tight and the trees were not trimmed. When we returned one night, I had to navigate a very long driveway in reverse to be able to get my...

"The property is beautiful and maintained. Lovely staff members. The room was clean. Maybe could use a little updating but still cozy"

"It was not clean. No rug in bathroom. Bathroom sink was clogged"

"It was all good!!!!"

"Room was beautiful clean and comfortable. Ate at flavortown felt like no healthy options on menu. Also wish I had won something even few dollars. Staff was helpful elevator tricky. Card did not work at first. Overall nice stay"

"This room was awful could not even use and would not if I could use the shower hot tub Combo with the filth that was in it there was random bugs all over the room the heater in the bathroom was broken and would not turn off and the fire place was so disgusting and dirty with a broken door that would not shut. We had to keep the ac on to make the room comfortable enough to sleep in and the toilet had dried poo on the back of it overall no where near the 9.2 rating it got on Expedia and I have...

"Stayed 2 nights to attend a wake & funeral. Property was ok, smelled clean. Got to our two bed mountain view room and found hair in the tub, the tub drain was broken, and one of the bed frames was broken. The person (my son) couldn’t sleep on half of the bed or it want to sag down. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else! Only saving grace was there is a Dunkin’ Donuts right in front of the place."

"So upon checkin, I was told that my room I reserved was not available…they gave me a small STANDARD King…that already upset me because that is not what I reserved(I had the ADA Executive King Suite). I believe they gave my room to someone else!!! Then I get to the room(of luxury) a robe was missing, and the room service dinner was terrible(Japanese wings) were Godawlful!!! Between housekeeping, the guests right above me, and the loud guests on my floor(2nd floor) it was super loud and very...

"Very weak wifi practically unusable"

"Loved absolutely every thing about this visit! Very nice accommodation and you can tell the owner took extra care to make everything top-notch! Beautiful setting especially in fall. We were in luxury Suite 12 and can’t wait to go back"

"It was very unique. Although there were many people there, we felt like we were the only ones. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean and having breakfast made it more of a homie feel. They had many games and puzzles that were available to all. We also used the gym and it served our purpose. Cardio equipment and weights. We will definitely be back. We would also like to thank Eugene for making us feel at home and also telling us about the homemade ice cream!"

"Ideal budget frindly"
