"I pulled into town at about midnight and just needed a clean bed to sleep in. I booked online and when I checked in, the night clerk took 10 minutes to get me checked in. The lobby smelled terrible. Once I got to my room, the heat was at 85 degrees but I didn’t have the energy to ask for another room. Then I noticed that the floor was damp and there was a massive stain on the floor between the beds that they had tried to shampoo. The next morning I went to shower only to find hair all over the tub. The sink looked like it had never been deep cleaned. The bathroom was outdated and just gross. To make matters worse, the internet kept going in and out so I couldn’t work consistently. Not a great experience at all. "

"My stay was excellent, great bar and staff, happy hour and then wonderful breakfast in the morning. Now the bad part, my car got broken into and tools stolen out of it. So did 15 other cars there. The security cameras and lighting were absent. Never in a million years did I think my plain Nissan Rogue would get broken into at a 4-5 star hotel. But, it happened and I think the hotel needs to be accountable for better security. "

"Nice enough for price paid. Have stayed here before and their is evidence of attempts to improve with updates. Still thin walls, can't fix that. Initially placed in room facing highway with loud road noise and window not closing properly. Asked for new room on opposite side, immediately changed. Super polite staff. "
