"The property is clean and the staff were super helpful. My room had a couple of little things that needed attention, but nothing major. It is a minimalist hotel (which I appreciated), but if you want all the hotel stuff - pen and pad of paper for example, this might not be the place for you. The location was fine - across from the bus terminal, which meant some interesting characters at times, but I never felt unsafe. I would stay here again."

"This was my first time hearing about or staying at this hotel and I absolutely loved it. I travel often so I am used to staying in hotel rooms but this hotel was one of the cleanest and nicest hotel. I have stayed in. The hotel was just minutes from the spectrum center and also walking distance from a nightclub we attended. The staff at the hotel was nice and friendly and I loved the fact that you could not get on the elevator without a room key that extra step definitely make the hotel feel safer. Whenever I do come back to Charlotte, this hotel will be my choice. Parking was not that bad. It was only $14 a day which was very good. The room was clean and pretty. The whole hotel was very nice. I absolutely loved my stay."

"My husband and I were in Charlotte to visit our daughter and this was the closest available room. Location is great, walking distance to Target, Best Buy, Marshall’s, Trader Joe’s, cute restaurants, and an Original Pancake House. Parking directions with an actual slot number would be helpful in the instructions and guests should be aware the walk-in closet is fairly inaccessible unless you jump the bed every time you need it. There are two full or queen sized beds placed adjacent to each other taking up the entire room and wall space, so one blocks the closet entry. The one closest to the closet could be a Murphy bed to clear the space. Otherwise, fairly well appointed apartment, had the basics we needed. "

"The rooms were wonderful! Nice size, bathroom was a little tight, but worked. The staff were great…very pleasant and helpful. The only reason for my good instead of excellent was the food at the City Lights rooftop bar. Not so great. However the bartender did take it off our bill since we didn’t like it. Maybe it was just that one item and the other items were good. The food in the adjoining Sheraton was good as well as the brewery next to it. I would stay again."

"The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly; if I had any complaints it was that parking was a bit expensive at $30 for the night in addition to the room rate, and our TV was annoying, I have tinnitus and have to have the TV on while I sleep but this TV kept auto shutting off every 2 hours and I would of course wake up and have to turn it back on again, so my sleep wasn't very good. BUT I would stay here again."
