"1st room they gave us the AC was leaking. The shower and toilet was 1 tiny room. So uncomfortable. 2nd room the cover of the AC was loose, thought it would fall on our head as it was above the bed. Finally the 3rd room was ok..we stayed 4 nights room was only cleaned once. Took 3 rooms for us to get some what comfortable. As id already paid online i couldn't change this hitel. Ive seen other places much cheaper, comfortable and spacious. Dont think id be staying here again."

This time, there were too many issues, which I have submitted to the hotel on their feedback firm and I was very verbal too with complaints. "I had an extremely disappointing experience with my recent booking. After securing the property, I called the provided number to confirm my reservation, only to be met with confusion from the person on the line, who claimed to have no knowledge of Hotels.com. Despite sending my confirmation, I had to repeatedly follow up for a response, only to be informed that my originally booked unit was unavailable. They offered a supposedly 'similar' unit instead.
Upon arrival, the cleanliness of the unit was subpar. The bedding appeared unwashed, and the check-in process was frustrating. To compound the issues, the showers were non-functional, and with only one working water heater, our group had to awkwardly share a single bathroom.
Considering the price we paid, the overall experience was incredibly poor. To add insult to injury, we were charged a significant additional fee for overstaying by just one hour.
I cannot in good conscience recommend this unit or Southside by Daily Stays. Their lack of professionalism is evident and unacceptable. I strongly advise potential guests to consider other options for their stay."
"Terrible experience. The mattress provided by the hotel staff was infested with roaches, which was absolutely unacceptable. The elevator button for the 8th floor was not functioning, forcing us to go to the 9th floor and carry our heavy luggage down the staircase every single time. Despite our struggles, no staff member offered any assistance. Additionally, there were no bathmats in the washroom, and when we asked, the staff suggested using towels as a substitute, which was highly unprofessional. Overall, it was the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel, and I would never recommend this place to anyone."
"Small but clean property . Staffs are friendly . Location is in busy area and there are vehicle spare parts shop around however just within 3 minutes walking lots of restaurants can be found . Overall good to stay with family."
