"Il y avait des cheveux de collé dans les mûres de mon bain/douche. À 6h30 am, le déjeuner n'était pas prêt comme prévu. Il manquait beaucoup de chose. Je suis aller chez Ben et Florentine. L'emplacement de l'établissement est sensationnel. Beaucoup de commodité dans les environs. Mais, j'ai vue mieux à prix semblable. J'avais l'impression de déranger les gens à l'accueille."

"Sad to say, but this was very disappointing and arguably not fitting for the Fairmont name. To start:
1. A king suite was booked, upon arrival the room had been changed to a double. The staff pushed quickly through this and did not address it until after we made it to the room and pointed out this was a cry from what we had booked. We were then moved to a king suite on the “nicer” side of the building
2. When travelling with a child, the pool is critical. We contacted the hotel in advance to...

"The stay was absolutely wonderful and I finally found a establishment that actually knows what to do with a duvet. Unfortunately 95% of hotels or establishments do not know or care, but a duvet requires a duvet cover, not a duvet sandwiched in between 2 flat sheets which basically turns my stomach and is unhygienic. I get it, they do it for time management but if you start to cut down on this then you will lose clients, including myself. This establishment however, knew how to properly deal with...

"Very expensive room and poor communication from staff. No friendly check-in; no explaining where to go for rooms and elevators; no mention of amenities or breakfast for following morning. Arrived at Hard Rock Cafe for breakfast at 10:56 and was told they stopped taking orders at 10:55??? When I asked hotel staff they said hotel and restaurant not connected and nothing they could do. As a customer paying $500 a night for a room I expect a seamless experience and premium service. Beautiful room...

"Very Disappointing Experience
Our first room was old, dirty, and had an extremely hard mattress and tiny pillows. The bathroom was particularly disgusting, with visible fecal stains. We requested a room change because we had serious concerns about the overall cleanliness.
The second room (107) was noticeably cleaner and appeared renovated, although the mattress was still too hard and the pillows were very small.
To make matters worse, at around 10 PM, someone used a key to open our door...
