"Beautiful hotel, unbeatable location, and truly wonderful staff. The building itself is stunning — elegant architecture, beautifully maintained, and full of character. The location couldn’t be better: just steps from the Tube and a short stroll to Covent Garden Market, with endless food, shops, and people-watching opportunities right at your doorstep. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Yes, London rooms tend to be on the cozier side, but there was more than enough space to move around without performing suitcase gymnastics. Despite being on a busy street, we heard absolutely no outside noise — which felt like a small miracle in central London. We could occasionally hear the adjacent room through the (locked) adjoining door, but since we spent most of our days out exploring and crashed into bed happily exhausted at night, it was hardly an issue. Breakfast was exceptional — a wide variety of options and a team that made mornings feel genuinely welcoming (not always easy before coffee!). I was celebrating my birthday, and Jean Claude at reception went above and beyond to make it extra special with a thoughtful treat waiting in our room. That kind of personal touch makes all the difference. We would absolutely stay here again when we return — which, after this trip, will hopefully be very soon."

"Room was great, we were upgraded on arrival so our room had a window. The room was clean and spacious, with a wet room, which was very welcome as we have mobility issues. Emergency cord within easy reach I was impressed. The breakfast was good but the view was spectacular. I thoroughly recommend it if you need to be close to Chinatown and Westend theatre. "

"Lovely stay at the Londoner. We’ve stayed in many 5 star hotels and this one is up there with the best. Superb amenities, great location and friendly staff. It was my birthday and a lovely little touch was left in our room which was fantastic. Our only disappointment was check in. We were told that we would receive a phone call or text to let us know when our room was ready. By 3.20pm we had heard nothing so we had to call them. Our room was ready yet no one had told us. We checked in and were told our bags would be in the room, they weren’t so another call had to be made. They did arrive very swiftly but overall, check-in was a little disappointing. I would however stay there again as it was a fabulous hotel. "
