"The hotel was clearly recently refurbished, but the brand identity was not clear. The room was very clean, the bed was huge & comfortable and the bathroom / shower great. Breakfast was disappointing, especially considering the additional £15 charge per person. Eggs in particular were cold and had an odd texture."

"reat location, but very hot room We had a one-night stay at Hart's Hotel in Nottingham with two adults and two teenagers. The hotel is in a great location if you’re exploring Nottingham, and parking is available for an additional fee, which was very convenient. Our family room was a decent size for four people and having two bathrooms was a real bonus. The room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. The main downside was the lack of air conditioning. The room was extremely hot during our stay. One fan was provided, but it wasn’t really enough for four people and was also far too noisy to leave on at night. Even with the windows open, we could barely sleep because of the heat. The gym was also disappointing if you’re expecting proper fitness facilities. It is essentially a very small box room with very little equipment inside. The sofa bed for the kids was another downside, as it wasn’t as comfortable as having proper mattresses. Despite these issues, we would stay again because of the excellent location, convenience and overall cleanliness of the hotel."
